From fully wireless TVs, through to TVs that that are beautiful to look at as and watch, alongside the brightest and most colourful OLEDs yet, which can be paired with fantastic sound bars, right through to a TV that can go from flat to curved and back, you can read about LGs new TVs elsewhere, but the videos of the two full launch events are definitely worth watching!

It is 10 years since LG unveiled OLED unto the world, and in that time, LG has not only maintained its OLED leadership, but has grown it tremendously.

LG Australia now offers even better OLED evo panels on top of the “regular” OLED displays, alongside QNED models, the new completely wireless LG StanbyME portable TV, and the new 97-inch m3 display which has all of its brains in a separate wireless box, with the massive 97-inch TV itself only needing to be plugged into power.

Indeed, its 33 new TV models and four new sound bars are a very fitting way to mark LG’s decade of global LG OLED technology leadership. As you’ll see in the videos and text below, the company’s latest TVs proudly boast smart upgrades, innovative technologies and unique form factors that cater to all consumers – these models really are LG’s most innovative, intuitive and personalised range yet.

Designed around the new LG Home Entertainment global vision, unveiled earlier this year at CES 2023, LG is offering a screen experience that fits all consumer tastes and lifestyles, so that anyone can enjoy high-quality LG home entertainment – web a next-gen WebOS user interface and experience making things even easier.

Also, like Samsung with its support of Office 365, LG goes one further and also supports Google’s office suite in addition to Office 365. Certainly, if Samsung supports it too, it didn’t make that clear in its event, but LG did, which is great for choice.

So, in this article there are three full videos – plus all the info shared by LG.

The first is my short video interview with Tony Brown, the Home Entertainment Marketing Manager at LG Australia.

LG’s Tony Brown speaks with me about LG Australia’s new 2023 range

Immediately following that is the presentation LG gave to the design and lifestyle industry media, which also features Lucy Glade-Wright, a designer, and the founder and director of Hunting for George, speaking about the latest design trends we need to know.

There are also great presentations from other LG Australia staff members, including the always impressive Thomas Baker, whose skill as a technical expert and product trainer is legendary.

So, without further ado, here we go!

Here now is the presentation LG gave to the design and lifestyle industry media, which also features Lucy Glade-Wright, a designer, and the founder and director of Hunting for George, speaking about the latest design trends we need to know.

A third video, a little further below, is the one given to the technology journalists of Australia, which features more technical details and a range of questions the media (in my afternoon session) asked, which also naturally features comments and questions by me, too.

But first, here’s some of the detail shared by LG on this launch:

The convenient WOW Interface makes it possible to control sound bar settings via the TV the Home Dashboard.

What’s more, Dolby Vision IQ and Dolby Atmos remain in LG TVs in 2023. The features intelligently adjust picture and audio to deliver bright images, intense colour and contrast and rich audio, based on the content and lighting conditions of the room.
